Donna and Pete each have over 30 years of employee benefit experience with a leading global multi-industry company and are well known and highly regarded active leaders in the benefits community. 

Donna held a number of executive positions, including Director of Employee Benefits, with responsibility for the design and strategy of retirement, health, life insurance, disability and voluntary benefit programs for 40,000 employees, approximately half of whom were located in the U.S. She holds a B.A. degree from Boston University.

Pete was Assistant General Counsel - Employee Benefits, responsible for employee benefit compliance globally and served as Chair of the Board of Directors of a major association in Washington DC representing the interests of employers on employee benefits legislation and policy.  He earned his A.B. degree at Columbia College and his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
